We loved the amazing river view from our room and being able to see the bats leaving the bridge in the evening. The location of this hotel was perfect, as we were within 10 minutes of all the top-rated restaurants and downtown activities. The staff here were very friendly and accommodating, making our stay even more enjoyable. We also appreciated the complimentary parking and the convenience of having the restaurant menus available at the front desk.
With only one or two receptionists working, there were some slight delays in service. However, once alerted, the staff was apologetic and made efforts to make everything right. we would highly recommend this hotel to all.

Great view and friendly staff, with comfortable rooms and beds. Convenient snack shop and Starbucks on-site.
Terrible odor in my room, which was a recently converted smoking room to non-smoking. No time to change rooms and front desk closed at night.

I got great value for my money with a comfortable bed and a recently updated, modern and clean room at the hotel. The location was perfect, close to the Colorado River with beautiful views of the city lights. The staff was excellent, accommodating and even gave us free buffet vouchers as a nice touch for the wait at the bar.
The breakfast experience could have been better with more variety or options.

The breakfast was delicious and the staff was attentive. The location of the hotel was perfect, right next to the river with beautiful views. We were able to take a leisurely walk and enjoy the scenery. The rooms were spacious and clean with comfortable beds. I also enjoyed the in-room amenities and the complimentary toiletries.
Our room had a pre-charge for the fridge, which was not explained thoroughly at check-in. This caused confusion and left us unsure if any items in our room were chargeable.

Celebrated New Year here and it was a great experience. The management offered us complimentary items in our room which was a nice touch. The hotel is located by a beautiful waterfront trail with stunning views. I enjoyed taking walks there every day and felt rejuvenated by the fresh air. The staff was friendly and always ready to help with any questions or needs we had. Bonus: They have a great fitness center that is equipped with everything you need for a good workout.
The temperature in the room was difficult to control, and it was either too hot or too cold. Also, the breakfast was a bit overpriced for the portions that were served.

Fairly clean and gorgeous place, has magnificent views of downtown and the river. We have to thank attentive and top-class staff for a very nice stay. The room is compact and the breakfast itself is outstanding. It is in comfy and best possible location to The Castle, set minutes from the hotel.
